THE DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Your standard of hospitality.
Extended to the parking lot.

Members choose your club for more than the course. They value the comfort, care and attention that make every visit feel effortless.

EV charging brings that same consideration to their arrival. Plug in, head to the first tee and return with more charge for the drive ahead.

01 / CONVENIENCE

Charge during the visit.

Make time at the course, practice facilities or clubhouse an opportunity to charge.

02 / MEMBER SERVICE

A benefit they can use.

Offer a practical touch of hospitality for members and their invited guests who drive electric.

03 / CLUB CHARACTER

A considered addition.

Plan placement and equipment around your grounds, parking and the experience you want to deliver.

YOUR CLUB. YOUR APPROACH.

Included in the experience.
Or paid as they charge.

Choose the approach that reflects your membership and service philosophy.

COMPLIMENTARY CHARGING

A member privilege.

Let the club cover charging as an added benefit of belonging. With compatible account-based access, charging can be reserved for approved members and guests.

  • Club-funded charging sessions
  • Access planned around your membership
  • A welcoming convenience during each visit

PAID CHARGING

Convenience, on their terms.

Members use a charging account to start and pay for sessions through a compatible platform. We help you explore pricing and access settings for your property.

  • Driver accounts and payment options
  • Club-selected pricing where supported
  • Session reporting through compatible software

Account features, access controls, billing and fees depend on the equipment and network selected. Charging accounts are separate from club membership billing unless an integration is specifically confirmed.

THOUGHTFUL FROM THE START

Easy for members.
Clear for your team.

We work through the details with your general manager and facilities team, so the installation and everyday experience have a clear plan.

Install and test the equipment, then review account setup, day-to-day operation and support responsibilities.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Questions from the clubhouse.

Can charging be reserved for our members?

Yes, member-only access can be part of the plan with compatible equipment and software. We review account enrollment, guest access and how drivers start a session before recommending a system.

Can we offer complimentary or paid charging?

We can plan for either approach. Your club can cover charging as a member benefit, or explore charging fees collected through a driver's charging account. Payment processing, subscriptions and network fees depend on the selected platform and are identified in the proposal.

Will it connect to our existing club billing system?

We review that separately. A charging account does not automatically connect to a club membership account or monthly statement. Any integration must be confirmed with your club software and the charging provider before it is included.

Will members leave with a full charge?

The energy added depends on the vehicle, charger output, available electrical capacity and time connected. We plan around typical member visits without promising a full charge during every round.

How many chargers should we start with?

We consider member interest, parking habits and electrical capacity. A small initial installation may be appropriate, with future expansion considered in the layout and electrical planning.

What does installation cost, and who provides support?

We prepare a site-specific proposal covering equipment, installation and the permit coordination included. Any engineering, site work, network fees and ongoing support responsibilities are clearly defined before proceeding.
