When the charger itself fails, we help you pursue the manufacturer’s warranty and navigate the next steps.
Installed circuit coverage
Coverage includes qualifying workmanship involving the wiring, connections and breaker installed for your charger.
Service-call support
If covered installation work needs attention, our team coordinates the service needed to get you charging again.
Free charger removal
Moving? While actively enrolled, we’ll remove the covered charger from the original installation address at no charge. Reinstallation is not included.
Equivalent replacement path
When an approved replacement is required and the original model is unavailable, an equivalent model may be used under the applicable plan and warranty terms.

What the plan does not cover.
Coverage excludes misuse, accidents, physical damage, lightning, utility surges, Wi-Fi or internet problems, and work or modifications performed by others. Manufacturer defects are pursued through the manufacturer’s warranty first. Enrollment applies only to the approved charger at its original installation address and cannot be transferred to another person or property.
