GO ELECTRIC CHARGERS LLC
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These terms cover use of the Go Electric Chargers LLC website and requests for our EV charging installation services. By signing your quote or service agreement and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these terms and the policies outlined here. Your accepted written quote or service agreement governs the specific project and takes precedence over general website information if they conflict. Please review your quote carefully and ask us about any part of the scope before approving it.
1. Installation, pricing and booking
Go Electric Chargers provides residential and commercial EV charging installation, related electrical work and support as described in each customer’s written quote. Online packages describe a standard installation and help you compare options. Selecting a package or submitting a form requests a review; it does not book an installation, authorize payment or confirm a final price. Final quotes are pending photo review and, when needed, a site assessment. Charging output depends on your vehicle, charger settings, available electrical capacity and the approved installation design.
Basic-install pricing assumes an accessible wiring route of up to 5 feet on the same wall as the electrical panel. Available breaker space, electrical capacity, compatible breakers and equipment, the wiring route, attic access, exterior conditions, wall construction and other site requirements can affect the scope and price. Equipment, permit and administration charges apply as shown in your quote. Selecting customer-provided equipment removes the equipment charge only; it does not remove installation or other applicable charges. Customer-provided equipment must be compatible, complete and suitable for a safe, code-compliant installation.
Our quote covers only the work specifically described. A farther charger location, additional circuits, load management, panel modifications, concealed conditions or other requested changes may require a revised quote. If our review or installation reveals additional work, we will explain the reason and obtain your approval for the changed scope and price before proceeding with that additional work. We may pause the installation when a safe or compliant installation cannot be completed within the approved scope. We do not assume responsibility for unrelated, pre-existing electrical or structural defects simply because we perform work at the property.
Deposits, payment dates, quote validity, equipment orders and any cancellation or rescheduling charges are governed by your written quote or service agreement. A form submission alone does not create a payment obligation. Installation dates are coordinated after the applicable approvals and booking requirements are met. Utility credits and rebates are determined by the utility’s current rules, eligibility requirements and approval; we cannot guarantee a credit, payment amount or processing date.
2. Safe access, permits and warranty coverage
You agree to provide accurate project details, clear photos and information about known electrical problems, prior work or unusual conditions. Before our arrival, you agree to clear the electrical panel, installation area and access route so our electrician can work safely. This includes moving vehicles, stored belongings, shelving contents and other obstructions as needed. Arrange access to the property, any required adult or authorized representative, and property-owner or HOA approval before the scheduled work. Our electrician may pause or reschedule work if access is blocked or conditions are unsafe. Any resulting changes to the schedule or scope will be discussed with you.
We handle permit applications and inspection coordination when included in your quote. Homeowner or HOA approvals are your responsibility unless our written agreement states otherwise. Permit review and inspection dates are controlled by the local authority and are outside our direct control. Our installation work must meet applicable requirements. If an inspection identifies a correction to work we performed within the agreed scope, we will address that correction without an additional workmanship charge. Existing defects, newly required work outside our scope or customer-requested changes may require a separate quote.
Scheduling depends on permit approvals, equipment availability, inspection requirements, weather and safe working conditions. Please contact us promptly if you need to change your appointment. We will communicate schedule changes and coordinate a new time when needed. An estimated installation duration is a planning estimate and may change if site conditions require additional review or work.
Workmanship coverage: We provide one year of workmanship coverage from installation completion for defects in the electrical installation we performed, subject to your written service agreement. This includes our installed electrical connections, conduit installation and equipment mounting within the approved scope. Contact us promptly if you notice a concern so we can assess it and arrange an appropriate remedy for a covered defect. Please allow us to inspect and address the issue before another contractor alters the installation, except when immediate action is necessary for safety. Coverage does not extend to unrelated existing wiring, normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, external events such as storms or surges, or problems caused by alterations to our work by others. These limitations do not exclude responsibility for damage or defects caused by our own work.
Manufacturer warranty: The charger and other equipment are covered separately by their respective manufacturers under the warranty applicable to the specific product. A stated four-year charger warranty, for example, is the manufacturer’s coverage and is not a four-year warranty on our installation. Manufacturer eligibility, exclusions, claim procedures and decisions apply. We can help identify the appropriate support process, but we cannot guarantee manufacturer approval, replacement availability or claim timing. A manufacturer’s equipment warranty does not automatically cover installation labor, removal, reinstallation or other service visits; any applicable charge will be explained before the work is authorized. Customer-provided equipment remains subject to its manufacturer’s warranty and purchase documentation.
Any additional protection-plan benefits, renewal options or extended service coverage apply only under the plan’s written terms and eligibility requirements. Website descriptions do not expand those benefits beyond the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Website use, communications and responsibility
Website articles, package descriptions and calculators provide general information and do not replace a professional electrical assessment. Prices, charging speeds, equipment specifications, codes and utility programs may change. Do not use website information as instructions to perform electrical work yourself. Third-party websites, equipment applications and utility programs are operated independently and have their own terms.
If you opt in, Go Electric Chargers may send automated texts about your inquiry, quote, appointment or installation. Promotional messages require separate consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or contact us at 407-470-1633. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
We are responsible for the work we agree to perform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted charging, a particular energy saving, vehicle performance, utility availability or the operation of equipment and systems outside our control. Our installation does not make us responsible for unrelated equipment failures or pre-existing property conditions. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits arising from those matters. This does not exclude liability for our negligence or misconduct, excuse our obligations under your written agreement, or limit applicable consumer rights.
These terms are governed by Florida law, subject to applicable consumer protections. Updates will be posted with a revised date; changes to the website do not automatically amend an existing signed project agreement. If you have a concern, contact us so we can review it and work toward a practical resolution. Questions: info@goelectricchargers.com · 407-470-1633.
