Duke Energy Florida
Eligible customers may qualify for a Charger Prep Credit toward electrical infrastructure needed for Level 2 charging. Charger hardware and permit fees are not eligible expenses.

OUC offers EV programs and customer incentives, including an eligible EV purchase or lease rebate. OUC currently states that it does not offer a separate rebate for the charger or charging station.

How much does EV charger installation cost in Orlando?

Can my Orlando home support a 48-amp charger?

Many homes can, but service size alone does not answer the question. We review available electrical capacity and your charging needs before recommending 48 amps or another appropriate setting.
Do you install Tesla chargers in Orlando?

Yes. Go Electric Chargers is Tesla Certified and installs Tesla Wall Connectors, Universal Wall Connectors and eligible Powershare systems throughout the Orlando area.
What if my electrical panel has limited capacity?

Dynamic load management may make fast home charging possible by adjusting the charging session around the power available in the home. If the panel is more than 25 years old, we may also discuss replacement as the safer long-term option.
Do you recommend hardwired chargers or 240V outlets?

We strongly recommend hardwiring for most everyday home charging. We also install EV-rated 240V receptacles when a mobile-charger setup is the better fit.
